These terms apply to your use of jdprelations.com and the demo line, 949-208-7452. They are run by JDP Relations LLC ("JDP Relations", "we", "me") in Orange County, California. By using the site you agree to them.

What the site is

This site describes call handling services for service businesses and lets you ask to talk to us. Nothing on the site is an offer that binds either of us. A paid service starts only under a separate written agreement or order that we both accept.

The demo line and automated answering

The demo line is answered by an automated system, not a live person. Calls to it may be recorded, transcribed and stored. Do not give it sensitive information such as payment card numbers or government ID numbers.

Contacting you, including text messages

If you submit the form you agree that we may contact you by call, text or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. See the Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

Using the site

Do not misuse the site: do not submit false or automated entries, try to break or probe it, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful.

Results and claims

Figures shown on the site describe one business over a stated period. They are examples, not promises, and your results will vary with your market, your marketing and how your calls are handled.

Ownership

The text, design and logo on the site belong to JDP Relations LLC or its licensors. You may view and share the pages, but you may not copy the site or use our name or logo without permission.

No warranty and limits on liability

The site and the demo line are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, JDP Relations is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the demo line, and our total liability for any claim relating to them is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Third party services

The site relies on providers such as Cloudflare and GoHighLevel. We are not responsible for their services or outages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
