Questions
Before you ask
The things shop owners actually ask me on the first call, answered the way I would answer them on the phone.
Cost and terms
It's one flat monthly rate, quoted once I've seen how your phone actually runs. Call volume, the hours you need covered, and how many people need routing all move the number, so I don't publish one price that would be wrong for most shops. It's month to month, so you can stop whenever it stops earning its keep.
No. It's month to month with no term to sign. It keeps your phone answered or you stop paying for it.
Answering your calls
They get answered instead of going to voicemail. After-hours calls route to the setup built for your shop, the caller gets your answers to your questions, and the job goes straight onto your calendar. You get a text summary within minutes, so you know what happened before you are back at the desk.
No. An answering service takes a message. This is your phone handled the way you would handle it. Questions asked, jobs booked, emergencies sent straight to you.
Yes. The same setup answers the chat on your website and texts to your line, asks the same questions, and books the same way. You get the same text summary either way.
It is not a live person, and I don't hide that. It talks naturally, it asks the questions you would ask, and most callers get what they needed and book. If somebody asks for you by name, or it's an emergency, the call goes straight through to you.
New leads
Speed to lead is how long it takes to call a new lead back after they fill in your form. It matters because the person filling in your form is usually filling in two or three, and the shop that calls first is the one they talk to. New web and ad leads get called back within a minute.
Every call is tagged to where it came from and sorted as a new lead, a billing call or a warranty call, so each month you see which sources drove calls and which ones booked. No guessing whether your ads are worth it. You see it.
Getting set up
No, you keep your number. You forward your existing line when you are ready, and you can unforward it any time. Nothing changes for your customers.
About a week from the first call. Most of that is building and testing your scripts against real calls before anything is forwarded.
Text me. No ticket, no queue. Changes usually land the same day.
Rather talk it through? Fifteen minutes is enough to tell whether this fits your shop.
