This policy explains what JDP Relations LLC ("JDP Relations", "we", "me") collects when you use jdprelations.com or call the demo line, what we do with it, and the choices you have. JDP Relations is based in Orange County, California.
What we collect
- What you type into the contact form: your name, mobile phone, email, business name, trade, and any message you write.
- Where you came from: the page you were on, the site that sent you, and any campaign tags in the link (UTM tags), so we know which marketing worked.
- Your consent to be contacted, with the wording you agreed to and the time.
- If you call the demo line, 949-208-7452: your phone number, and call audio and a transcript, because the line is answered by an automated system and its calls are stored.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider handles to deliver the site and block abuse, such as your IP address.
We do not run advertising cookies or analytics trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request by call, text or email.
- To run and improve the demo line and this site, and to protect the form from spam.
- To keep records of the conversation.
We do not sell your information. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who handles it for us
We use service providers to run the business, and they process your information only for that purpose: GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) for our customer records and messaging, Cloudflare for hosting, security and spam protection (including Cloudflare Turnstile), and Google Workspace for email.
Text messages and calls
If you submit the form you agree to be contacted by call, text or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of buying anything.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and call records for as long as they are useful for the business or required by law, then delete them. Ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or tell us to stop contacting you, by emailing mail@jdprelations.com. California residents have additional rights to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, the form is protected against automated abuse, and our access keys are kept on the server, not in the web page. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
